It is mainly used to permanently set the designation articles in the shoulder flap.

This is mainly used by the Officers rank Officials of all forces in Kerala. The main purpose is to avoid time delay to wear shoulder flap articles in shoulder flap when it require.and this rate mentioned only for fibre flap covered by kaki cloth not included stars , ribbon , and letter .
