Returns
Great would accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging such as shoe boxes and dust bags.

Refunds
As and when we receive your item, we would inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.. We would immediately notify you on the status of your refund after having inspecting the item.
