Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Great would accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging such as shoe boxes and dust bags.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at pkshoppings@gmail,com to obtain a return merchandise authorization ( RMA) Number. After received a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging( Including your proof of purchase and send your return to the following address

We strongly recommended that you use a track able method to send your return. You may inform through the email pkshoppings@gmail.com the details of return to us.

Refunds

As and when we receive your item, we would inspect it and notify you that we  have received your returned item.. We would immediately notify you on the status of your refund after having inspecting the item.  Please allow at least  7 [number of days to process returns] days from the receipt of your item to process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. If your return is approved, we would initiate a refund to your credit card( or original method of payment) You will receive the credit with a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
